Entry: there's something abt potatoes Thursday, February 24, 2005



My perception for potatoes have changed. I used to think potatoes are only good if they are stir-fried or as usual, home cooked style Luncheon Meat with potatoes.
 
Although most diets don't encourage consuming high starchy foods, including potatoes, this diet encourages the baked version. I am happy, because I do not need to regulate my diet that badly. I like my plan a lot!
 
I had a taste of broiled potato. No salt is added as I know that salt will make me eat even more. You know what, broiled potatoes are really sweet. I begin to like what i eat. By washing the outer layer, i get to eat with the skin. Taste great! For beginners like me, perhaps you can add a piece of cheese and create a meal like that!

Broiled Potato with Reduced fat cheese (No salt added)
